Consultancy & Arts Event Management

Arts in Action partners with other event organisers to help promote their activites and can be employed to consult on and assist in the co-ordination and marketing of arts based events, campaign and program launches that promote a social issue. Arts in Action can be independently engaged to arrange and co-ordinate fundraiser screenings or other arts based events on behalf of not for profits organisations, social entrepreneurs and filmmakers needing to raise awareness and revenue for film/art projects. Arts in Action can provide one or more the following services:

-Concept and theme development to suit organisational goals
-Film programming and curation
-Arrangement and payment of film screening rights/ licence to hold public screenings
-Venue booking and management
-Ticketing systems and registration arrangements
-Events listings, press releases, social media
-Community engagement and outreach
-Design of event flyer
-Speakers, exhibitors, special guests in consultation with the host organisation
-Sponsor donations (door prizes/raffles) in consultation with the host organisation
-Individually tailored events to suit the organisations vision and goals
