Arts in Action can be independently engaged to arrange and co-ordinate fundraiser screening events on behalf of not for profits organisations and filmmakers needing to raise revenue for film projects. Click here for a list of past fundraisers.
Arts in Action provides the following services:
- Arrangement and payment of film screening rights/ licence to hold public screenings
- Venue booking and management
- Ticketing systems and registration arrangements
- Events listings, PR and promotion, movie flyer production and distribution
- Speakers, exhibitors, special guests in consultation with the host organisation
- Sponsor donations (door prizes/raffles) in consultation with the host organisation
- Individually tailored events to suit the organisations vision and goals
Arts in Action generally offers a revenue split of 80/20 with 80% of revenue raised through the event being returned to the host organisation and 20% to be retained by Arts in Action to cover administrative costs. This may vary on a case by case basis and negotiated prior depending on the projected costs of running the event. To request a fundraiser screening on behalf of your organisation please complete the FUNDRAISER SCREENING REQUEST FORM and return a scanned copy by email to angie@artsinaction.com.au
